Feliz Navidad from Cancun, Mexico

This post is long over due....  4 months late. Better late than never :-) For Christmas last year Tysen and I decided to go to go for a fun trip to Cancun, Mexico. It kind of ended up being a babymoon for us, because we found out we were expecting a few weeks before we left. We stayed for a week and had a blast. Cancun is very tourist friendly! You could jump on the city bus for 70 cents American and ride downtown to shops and restaurants. The weather was gorgeous for most of our trip. Unfortunately the great weather didn't last the entire trip, but that didn't keep us from enjoying ourselves.

 

One day we took a tour of Tulum. It was so cool to see all of the ruins.

After a few hours of Tulum, the next stop with Xel-Ha. Which is basically a Disneyland park for snorkeling, and it was an all inclusive park. It was so much fun, but somewhat scary at the same time. Fish kind of freak me out. I was so worried they would touch me ha ha. Tysen even got a picture of string ray.

The fish below was as big as Tysen!!

We had so much fun on our vacation. I can't wait until our next trip. Although, that might not be for at least a year because of our new addition. Maybe we will plan a trip for Tysen's graduation. We will use any excuse to take a vacation.
