Two years ago I married my best friend...
Two weeks ago Tysen and I got to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary at the most beautiful place, the Salt Lake Temple! We drove down to Utah on Friday afternoon when Tysen got off work. We didn't want to waste any of our time in Salt Lake so we were busy from sun up to sun down seeing our friends and family. On Saturday Tysen was able to go golfing with friends while I went with Erika downtown to the farmer's market and to get massages. That evening we went to my dad's house to have a delicious dinner with my siblings, grandparents, cousins, and friends. On Sunday Tysen went golfing with my family and then we went to church and then we were off to Grandma and Grandpa Barker's house to visit some more family. Sunday evening we had another BBQ at Tysen's Aunt's house with a bunch of his cousins. Monday morning was our actual anniversary and we had to be at the temple by 6:30 for our sealing. The temple was especially gorgeous on this Monday morning and we were lucky enough to be the only ones at the temple. We were so lucky to have so many family and friends attend our sealing and were so grateful they could all be there. After the temple we had a breakfast with our families and then hit the road for our long road trip back to Montana. On the way home we decided to stop in Great Falls at the Macaroni Grill for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. It's been an amazing two years together and can't wait for many more to come.
