3 months old!

It is still hard for me to believe that Averie blessed our lives 3 months ago! She is getting so big (and chubby). She now weighs 13.4 pounds and is 24 inches long. She is getting quite a personality. She loves to talk and talk these days. She can talk for a good 30 minutes at a time. She also laughed for the first time this past week. Then last night she was giggling and laughing for half an hour. I wish I could have recorded it but Tys was at work and I didn't have an extra hand. I hope she will do it again soon so that he can hear her. She loves music and loves when people sing to her. Tys and I sing to her all the time. Sometimes she will join in and sing with us, it is pretty funny. She loves her dad so much, she gets a huge grin and her eyes light up when he walks into her view. It is so fun to watch Tys grow as a dad. He is such a great dad and is becoming more and more confident everyday. He has had to do daycare duty a couple of times over the last 2 weeks because I had to work late. He got her from daycare, fed her and got her to bed. He even took her to the doctor all by himself today. We are sure loving this little gal and wonder what in the world we did before she was born. Of course normal outings like going to the grocery store take a little more planning than they used to, but we wouldn't trade it for anything.
